I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a nice view over the bird park. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were missed opportunities for assistance with bags for guests needing help. The location was convenient, near Amsterdam and easy to reach from Schiphol Airport, but a bit far from the train station. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of fresh Mediterranean dishes. The facilities were good with free access to the park, but large groups occasionally crowded the bar area.

The service was friendly and helpful overall, with a kind gesture of a lift to the station at the end of my visit.
